A car of 12 m length is characterized by a higher load capacity (61 t) and increased boiler volume (86.7 m³) compared to analogues being in operation nowadays. The tank car is manufactured in 1-T size, ensuring its operation on all the tracks of public and non-public use, on external and internal tracks of industrial and transport enterprises of the railways of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States as well as Georgia and Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

Pavel Plotnikov, board member of Skinest Rail concern: "We expect positive results from the operation of the UWC gas tanks and hope that they will allow our company to efficiently transport cargoes through the Baltic States and neighboring countries in the 1520-mm track gauge area."
